Creating Dedicated Sites for Headquarters and Development Functions

Axelspace Corporation (“Axelspace”), a leading developer and operator of microsatellites, announced that it will relocate its headquarters and development center to accommodate its expanding business and support further growth. As of today, Axelspace Holdings Corporation and Axelspace Defense & Intelligence Corporation have also commenced operations at the new office.

Purpose of Relocation
In anticipation of continued business expansion and future growth, Axelspace has decided to maintain its corporate headquarters functions in Nihonbashi while relocating the development center to Shinkiba.
Nihonbashi is one of Japan’s leading hubs for the space industry, with numerous space-related companies and organizations located in the area. Axelspace will maintain its headquarters functions in Nihonbashi, leveraging the location to promote collaboration with a wide range of partners in Japan and overseas and create new value.

At the new Development Center in Shinkiba, environmental testing functions previously conducted at separate locations will be consolidated, enabling satellite design, manufacturing, and testing to be carried out at a single site. This integrated development structure is expected to accelerate satellite development cycles while improving quality consistency in preparation for mass production and strengthening production framework in collaboration with its manufacturing partners.

By creating optimal environments tailored to the respective functions of its headquarters and Development Center, Axelspace will further strengthen its business foundation. The company will also foster an environment where diverse talent can fully realize their potential, supporting the sustainable growth of the Axelspace Group.
